- THE PROCESS
Presently, Edico operates with an annual capacity of over 6.000 Mtons EDM and wire-cut supported by a range of machineries such as:
7 inch billet (1.650mt capacity) press machine
5 inch billet (1.100mt capacity) press machine
Our in-house die making processes and facilities ensure quick and efficient manufacturing of new profiles. Our team of professionals also often collaborated with foreign experts to design and develop custom-made solutions for various projects. BILLET MAKING PROCESS
To ensure that billet quality conforms to the required specification, Edico has implemented a hot top system where detail on each step can be checked. Our QC team regularly checks the chemical compositions of the alloys using Spectrometer to warrant conformity to international standards.
b. DIE MAKING PROCESS
Accuracy of die shape determines the quality aluminium profile. Edico has equipped its die making facilities with computerized high-tech system ranging from steel cutting. CNC-milling, EDM and wire-cut machines.
